MELD Integrated Training™ Certification

Unlearn the Old. Embody the New. Lead the Turning of the Tide.

A science-based, somatic, and communal training that turns transformation into skill—designed for men and practitioners who want change that holds in the body, relationships, and community.

Somaware™ Embodied Tech™ Functional Men’s Work Bio-Communal Growth
A New Model of Growth

From insight to integration—so your presence changes the room.

You don’t need another peak experience. You need a body that can hold it. The MELD Integrated Training fuses somatic intelligence with living community so you can lead, love, and facilitate from embodied truth.

Grounded in research and refined through thousands of hours with men.
Functional, teachable method—not theory—applicable at home, at work, and in the room.
Communal coherence that makes change stick and scale.

Who This Is For

  • Men who have done therapy or psychedelic work—and sense there’s more to embody.
  • Therapists, coaches, and physicians seeking a rigorous somatic & communal method.
  • Leaders who want durable clarity, relational strength, and a steadier nervous system.
  • Facilitators ready to run men’s groups with skill—not performance.
What We’re Solving

Replace isolation and armor with presence and brotherhood.

Men were taught to handle it alone—numb, suppress, and perform strength instead of embodying it. That conditioning frays relationships, erodes health, and severs us from the connection that restores us.

We install new defaults: nervous-system regulation over reactivity, clean expression over shutdown, communal coherence over isolation. This is the shift—from survival to contribution.

Outcomes You Can Expect

  • Somatic mastery: read signals, regulate under stress, lower allostatic load.
  • Emotional coherence: align inner state and outer expression; speak truth cleanly.
  • Relational skill: create safety, repair quickly, and stay connected in conflict.
  • Communal leadership: build groups that regulate together and amplify growth.
  • Professional confidence: facilitate sessions, design dojos, and guide men with a clear method.
Why MELD Is Different

Somatic science × attachment-aware practice × living community.

MELD integrates what others keep separate. It is functional men’s work—measurable, repeatable, transferable. This isn’t wellness theater. It’s embodied skill you can use immediately.

  • Science-based somatics: practical nervous-system tools grounded in research.
  • Bio-communal growth: men change fastest in healthy groups; we build them deliberately.
  • Embodied Tech™: a field-tested stack that restores coherence and resilience.
  • Proven track record: decades of teaching thousands of men.
