Forge is MELD's advanced personal transformation program — 12 weeks of live group coaching led by Owen Marcus. It isn't designed for retreats, peak states, or curated environments. It's designed for work, family, conflict, leadership, and uncertainty: the conditions where most approaches fall apart.

Owen Marcus is the creator of the MELD Method and co-founder of MELD Community. He has been leading men's work for over 30 years — not from theory, but from direct embodied practice with thousands of men across three decades.

Owen studied with pioneering mind-body practitioners Ron Kurtz and Peter Levine beginning in the 1970s. His work is the foundational methodology behind the Sandpoint Men's Group, Evryman, and MELD.
