Prime grew out of Owen Marcus’s work, evolving from men’s groups then into a new model of groups and men’s work based on the science of emotional physiology when started the Sandpoint Men’s Group in 2005. That group and the three businesses that housed his work led to Owen developing the MELD Method, a distilled process of transformational change.

Through his four-plus decades of work and study with the leaders in the somatic therapy field, this method was born. His copyrighted process is only available at MELD – a process where each man gives and receives each step of the MELD Method to other men. Men leave transformed and embodying a system they get to adapt and apply in all realms of their lives.
